Pet Portals

Your Pet Portal is a private portion of our website that gives you secure online access to your pet's health information. We provide Pet Portals free of charge to all clients who have an active e-mail address. So don't delay, start managing your pet's care with your Pet Portal today!
Grooming

We offer professional grooming Monday through Friday by appointment. Your pet should be dropped off between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and can be picked up as late as 6:00 p.m.

Our Groomer, Stacy Urban, has been grooming professionally for over 12 years. Her experience includes five years as Grooming Manager at Petsmart in California and seven years with a veterinary hospital in Indianapolis.  Stacy is experienced in all standard breed cuts. 

All dog grooms include:

  • Standard breed cut
  • Bath
  • Ear cleaning and plucking
  • Nail trim
  • Anal gland expression

Cat grooms include:

  • Bath
  • Thorough brushing
  • Removal of undercoat and matting
  • Ear cleaning
  • Nail trim

We also offer other optional services including:

  • Special Cuts
  • Hot oil treatments (which help with dry skin problems and adds back the oils that are stripped with normal bathing)
  • Medicated baths
  • De-Shedding
  • De-Matting
  • Teeth brushing to help maintain dental health between dental cleanings

We can also provide additional services such as comprehensive physical examinations, vaccinations, or other healthcare during your pet's stay with us.

Your pet will be kept in a safe, friendly atmosphere and never exposed to unvaccinated animals as we require all grooming dogs to be vaccinated for our patients' safety.
